I thought Create was supposed to encourage participation among people who might not know how to get started on an entry and needed some suggestions, hints, extra help, encouragement? This makes it seem as though Create is just for handing around extra badges for stuff regularly published researchers are already doing.
Also, doesn't this badge-making just manufacture extra work for the Community Artists?
