if you don't mind reading instructions, go back to the front page - use the little orange button - and take the link to the Welcome Page.

If you like a more exploratory approach, press the Who's Online button and have a look at the Personal Spaces of some old hands.

The first thing I'd suggest is update your Personal space.
You can do this by clicking on My Space and then Edit Page.

You can then write something on your user page and one of our friendly Aces will come and greet you and help you.
