This afternoon I planted some yellow Mums and purple asters. Last year I dug holes and put the plants in, pots and all. They didn't seem to do all that well that way. This year I've removed the pots and just put the plants into the ground.
The onslaught of mice continues, though I'm only trapping one a day rather than three at a time.
Last week I ordered some Asian lilies with white centers and pink along the tips of the petals. I also ordered some hybrid blueberry plants that are a cross between high-bush and low-bush species.
Today I walked along the fence that separates the Park form the lot in front of it. I noticed that the wild grapes are ripe. I ate a few. They were delicious.
