I've got the 18th March 1999 for my U290 account - all the very low U numbers seem to have that date - although the wasn't activated until 22 Jan 02 when I started there. WM's was activated in June 02 - they must have saved some U numbers for the starship Titanic people too.

Yes that figures. I know they reserved everything from 1-to 10,000 first off, for staff and things. And then they reserved the next block, may 5-10,000 for starship titanic. They also reserved another block after that, I can't remember who precisely for, but it was another mailing like the SST one - for people to click on the link and come in the number had to be kind of preallocated, and it just activated when you came in.
