about 80 chanels including 7 German and few from Asia and Carabean. but they need separate subscripton
...fashion, entertainment and music channels

most are free but a few if you want them you need pay, most are different languages so not intrensting for me.
2 Germans commercial are included the digital extra package, the 7 others are in basic package....
basic package is euro 14 and extra package is euro 7.95 (both montly).
the movie channel is around euro 10 a month.

arte is nice if you understand either German or French. Pro 7 and Kabel have lots of movies - but all in German.

....I get confused if I hear famous American talk German!

it is ok...I get now 5 different discovey channels
and adventure 1 / travel channel
10 music channels, includung 8 MTV related / performance channel / mezzo.
MGM movies / TCM / Halmark channel.
....I get 80 radio channels too
40 are CD quality and non stop theme radio....
