I've actually cut back on my h2g2 ACE time for the moment. I'm having some medical issues. I'm currently recovering from two surgeries in less than a week's time (they had so much fun they invited me back for a re-opening apparently). Hopefully this will all be solved for the better at the end of the summer though.
Time does fly on h2g2. At this point it seems like I've been here for all my life.

Hi there,
I had to ungergo something similar. Not a surgery, but three times 2-weeks-"vacations" in hospital between nov, 2001 and may, 2002. Well, they welcomed me with "What the hell are you doing here AGAIN?" And I regularly answered "it´s more comfortable here than it is at home"
But don´t tell anybody, please.
BUT meanwhile it´s over and done with it. From that perspective, I slightly seem to know what you have to sustain now.
Btw: I took a look at your Yahoo Europe Pics. Me and my wife have been in Paris twice in the last year. Have you heard of the collapse at CDG?

No I hadn't. I'm not following events much lately. I have enough going on for now..
We really went through Paris rather than to it. I've already been to Paris a few years ago.
