Yay! Another load of guinea pig babies! I could tell they would come soon! Ha! I was right! 
There are four, they arrived this morning in between when my Mum went out to give 'em carrot and I went out to give 'em carrot...and found little wet babies!
They're so cute! Yay! And about as big as Marcus Mouse. They'll grow soon though. 
Mother and babies are fine. We don't know yet whether they're boys or girls, but my sister and I have decided to call them Hobbes (short for Nicholas Hobbes), Mowgli, Stuart Little and Trevor. (Stuart and Trevor will become Maud and Enid if they're girls.) 
We're still trying to get a new cage - the last load we had four babies as well, which makes 10 guinea pigs now! 
My cousins got all excited about making a cage, as Mum and I had acquired an old one, but my cousins managed to pull it apart and today got on a plane for America without fixing it or building a new one! 
Unfortunately another guinea pig who we thought was pregnant (Browsaline, was one of the last lot and probably became pregnant by her Daddy 
) aborted her babies today. We found them this afternoon, half-formed guinea pig foetuses lying around everywhere. Actually they were quite cool to look had, they had a shape, and fully formed toes, but no faces or hair. 
I dunno why they both gave birth on the same day, but we have theories about how maybe some weird plant induced both of 'em, or perhaps Browsalina decided to have her babies after Mildred did. 
Anyway, I guess it means we won't be overrun by piggies...yet! 
I love the babies though.

Yeah, poor old Big Daddy was banned. We bought another cage, and separated the males and the females. (I just hope we got it right. Our first baby my parents gave away to a friend who already had a male. Parents said our one was also male, which seemed all right until it had three babies!!) Our babies are with the females. They're so gorgeous!
