How does one report inaccuracies in a guide entry?

A good starting point is to do what you have already done and post your comments in the forum for the entry.
As it is an edited entry its best to draw the editorial teams attention to it by posting a message with a link to your comments in the feedback forums

You could also contact the writer or sub editor of the piece directly although as it has approved status only Mark and the team can alter it.
