Just because I twigged WAV before you did, the other day
p.p.s. This thread's going well, isn’t it?

Ooer, what rule did you break?
As far as WAV goes, I did suspect "Old peculilar" or whatever he was called at the time, I even bookmarked him as a suspect, but I was convinced that any new ID he'd have would be a recent one so I discounted it. It never occurred to me that he'd been a naughty boy before and had an old account lying around.

I think the 'Archieboy' bit kind of gave it away .............
I didn't actually break any rules - I just ended up confusing the 'where the message had been left' thing even more, so I got it scrubbed! (It's about time they got an 'eraser button' on here!)
Anyway, I *did* know what you meant (well, at least by the time I got to my fourth post, anyway!).
p.s. Didn't you realise those 'christina aguilera' posts weren't mine? Blimey! My typing/wit isn't *that* poor!

You do realise that all your removed posts are totted up. Get a certain amount in a certain time period and you'll get pre-modded.

"I think the 'Archieboy' bit kind of gave it away"
It was the previous day I suspected him, but I foolishly discounted him because of the user id. I know better now.
All those Aguillera comments *were* from you - except one, which I can't find now.

I wonder how many? I've actually requested quite a few of my own to be removed! Er, well, probably about 5 so far (3 were on the Manic Depression thing). I don't suppose they differentiate between those removed by someone else and those removed by yourself - in fact, I'm probably the only person that has done it. (Hmm, plus about 6 or so removed by WAV - I better be more careful.)
You should try and get yourself on pre-mod again - *that* was hilarious!

"All those Aguillera comments *were* from you "
Ooops - I'm confusing the issue again! (I'm not going request any more posts to be removed, though!)
I meant the one that was signed off by 'christina' (and the other one's by the same 'earwigger') didn't think you realised at the time there was someone else posting on the thread. Anyway, I seem to have 'made up' with them on Questions, now - so I don't think they will be coming after me any more .........?
I think I'd better change the subject - just downloaded a few Hard-Fi tracks (Cash Machine/Hard to Beat/Better do Better) - I seem to be spending money like there's no tomorrow. I might need to 'cook-the-books' of Pandora Inc, just a bit.

I *knew* you would say that at some point!
Yep, I spent the *outrageous* amout of £2.37 today. I really must control myself.

£2.37
That's almost the amount PayPal charged me for receiving a deposit of £75 last night.
Bloody criminal I say, but I have no choice if I want to do "business" over the net.

That's a *ridiculous* amount - you'll have to put your prices up to cover it. (I would imagine it's probably not that simple.)

It's because of the type of account - mine is a "premier" account and can receive things like eCheques and credit card payments. The downside is that you have to pay a fee on everything you receive, whether it's a normal payment or not.
I do have another basic account set up but it's linked to my mothers bank account, I use that to receive stuff when I can.
If you are dealing with dollars (which I do most of the time) there is also a fee for converting to sterling, but the main thing is the wait. 7 days to transfer to a UK bank account, plus 5 days clearing period for credit card and eCheque payments.
Oh well, at least it means I don't spend it so quickly.
