Hey everybody, this is my first entry, just a small one, wanted to know if anyone had any thoughts...

This was really good. Any chance of your including a recipie?

I agree with Jimi : a recipe would round it off nicely.

That was the impression I got as well.

A can of Hormell's chilli, a block of Velveeta Cheese, microwave and bingo. I wonder if it is.....

The (edited) article on Velveeta actually already includes a bit on Queso and a recipe.

Sounds lovely. I too wonder about things with a very long shelf life. If the bacteria aren't interested in eating it, should I be?

I agree that this entry would be enhanced by a recipe.
