Hmmm.. I don't think that that is a h2g2 newbie. The most recent new researcher number on h2g2 is currently U2176579 and - since the user number you posted is higher - I suspect that person belongs to one of the other DNA sites, not h2g2.
Usually you can tell by the researcher's conversations, and this one has posted on a site called 'mbonionstreet' so that's probably the name of the DNA site that he belongs to.
We ACEs have been specifically asked not to welcome researchers belonging to other DNA sites, since that could confuse those researchers.
