Maybe you could wrap it and attach a label to it that would deter even the nosiest from ever opening it?

Chances are, the cars would have to have been manufactured in the countries in question.
Three of the world's largest countries are known for making terrible cars.

There may be poor people in China or India who would take anything they could get, but the more discerning ones might refuse the freebies.

I can't afford neither car nor gas.
Well, I might - but I would have to give up on a lot of other stuff and I don't want to. I don't really need a car.
