I'd like to be a sub-editor again, if you'll have me.
I notice that it took more than 9 months from the time my Gandalf entry was picked to the time it hit the front page. I'd like to do something to reduce that lead time, so that others will see their work on the Front Page quickly.
Sub-editing is something I can do, and the reasons I resigned no longer really apply.
