My daughter had to take little Ruby redhead to the hospital today for her scan, since siblings of children with reflux have a 1/3 chance of having the same problem.
She's just 7 weeks old today and up till now she had never cried properly (just whinged occasionally) but they have to use a catheter to inject dye. . .
Apparently she screamed and wailed and it was generally awful, but
SHE'S FINE!!!!
It's so wonderful.

My dear Kat! I'm very happy for you and your girl and your girl's girl. That's lovely! Even though I don't know what refulx is in the context of children suffering from it - I'm glad the little sweetheart is free of it. May she live long and prosper!
I just listened your song. Sounds jolly nice! I always think of camel caravans when I hear songs like that and not the trailers we're accustomed to in this country. Do you know the Doors' song about the Spanish Caravan? One of my favourites - carries me away to wonderful places. Ahhhhh ....

I shall have to learn that one - my daughter's just converting her new truck so she can go back to Spain. . .

Whoops. Took my eye off the ball there. Yep. "Spanish Caravan" - it's on the Weird Scenes Inside the Goldmine album. It's one of my favourites! Did you get my message ok, telling you I preferred the lower version? Very good.
Hope your daughter has a nice time in Spain. How long is she going for? My brother's girl friend's parents spend every winter there. They don't care for our winters. Can't imagine why
