Hello,
Was looking for a place to get away from it all and this seems a prime location. You see...
*whispers*
I've got a dissertation hunting for me and I need to lay low for a while.
So is it OK if I hang here for a while?
Napnod (you ain't seen me, right?)

Hello new camper!
It is perfectly okay if you hang out here. Make yourself at home. You were just added to the Happy Campers list. Do you need some help setting up a tent?

I was a Girl guide so I should be OK, but I think that all the brain cells I killed off while drinking seem to have been of the tent setting up variety. And I never got the hang of these new fangled modern tents.....
*Apppears from under a tangled mess of tent with poles sticking out everywhere*
Umm, any help would be very much appreciated. If you could just hold that bit, and pull on that...
Thanks

*holds one bit...and pulls the other...waits for something to resemble a tent*
I'd be glad to help. Have you explored much of the Campsite yet?

*gets into a massive muddle, throws a tantrum, gets the instructions out*
Oh so that's how it goes...
*Minutes later a tent appears*
Well that's done. Thanks for that. Would you like a or ? I've also got some and if you would like.
I havn't had time to explore the campsite yet. Is there somewhere you could recommend?

Evangeline Posted Nov 6, 2002
No problem. I like seeing the campsite busy.
and a would be great, thanks.
The best way to explore is to visit different tents. Each tent kind of has its own atmosphere.

* In a bout of sleeplessnes starts doing up the tent*
Hmmmm, what's missing?
*pulls out a pot of begonias and places them on top of the new bookshelf*
That's better. More homely like.
*sits down on one of the beanbags on the groundsheet and has a *
*looks at box of going rapidly stale*
I thought I'd have more visitors...

Welcome, pull up a beanbag! I'll have some if it's going, thanks very much. Would you like a or , it's a bit chilly out!

* thanks her lucky stars that she invested in a completely waterproof, windproof, wonderfully warm and snuggly tent*
The weather is a little on the rubbish side, but then I suppose it IS November. Not really camping high season is it? But then with and such lovely company, who could ask for more?
Napnod Pitch 2001
Miss Typo Posted Nov 8, 2002
Ohh thank you, I must say your tent is extremley weather proof. You would never guess the weather is so bad outside.
*Sticks head out of tent, then decides to come back in, looking very bedraggeled and windswept
I think I may stay here a while longer if you don't mind! I think I need a before I venture out there again!

Stay as long as you like here. I have got an umbrella and a waterproof jacket you can borrow when you leave if you would like. But meanwhile what would you like to drink?
*reveals a very well stocked drinks cabinet*
Well experience has taught me never to go too far without one of these! I think I'll have a nice to tot of whisky. Will ye join me in a wee dram?
Napnod Pitch 2001
Napnod the (thoughtful) little green sleep monster BSC Econ (Hons)"eek eek eek" Posted Nov 9, 2002
*puts a wee tot of whisky (ok maybe not that wee)into and hands it to miss Typo*
There you go. Do you mind if I just put the rugby on, I dont want to miss the tests. Got to support Wales cos that's where I go to University and my mates will kill me if I don't!
*sits drinking her whisky, then decides that for rugby is more appropriate. Opens a can of Tetleys*
Help yourself if you want one.

Hi Evangeline,
Yeah, it's amazing what you can do at 3 o'clock in the morning when you can't sleep. Thank god for 24 hour shops ! Pull up a beanbag if you want. Would you like a drink?
