My own particular favorite has always been the "Grinning Rat" pub, and it's attached nightclub "The Rat Trap" (both now sadly reowned and renamed since the owner's demise in somewhat mysterious circumstances). Still, the Oakworth roundabout (where the Rat is located) is reknowned throughout the UK as one of the most unattractive and best-to-be-avoided areas in the country of a Friday night.
