Thanks for the suggestion, Websailor. I emailed the page 0240 (UK), 6 July, which is 0711 New Delhi time. No doubt HHDL has been up an about four hours already.

No, I don't suppose it has. I've been watching the news just now. It's awful, isn't it? Thankfully the loss of life was not on the same scale as the Madrid bombing. But that's no consolation for those who died or who lost loved ones. How do you measure the amount of upset and disruption to people's lives something like this causes?
