h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Before the BBC took over, I used to have a bunch of entries describing a bit of what it was like for an American to be living in Aberdeen, Scotland, for a year. As I recall, it mostly involved rants about fat sea gulls and my attempts to complete (which was completed, somehow) a Master's degree in Genetics while my friends were getting me drunk off of Tennents Lager (hey, it's better than Bud. Much better). Most of these entries are gone, or hidden, or something. So thus starts the new lists of rants. I'm now living in Colorado, USA, attempting to start a PhD while my friends are getting me drunk off of New Belgium Microbrews (hey, it's better than Tennents. Much better). Since folks in the UK know pike all about Colorado, not to mention corndogs, my rants shall thus be about an American's impression of an American state, as seen from a UK perspective. Or maybe they won't. It's my page and I'll rant about whatever I want. Yeah! Rant, rant rant!
