still having stomach and lower abdominal aches etc I've sussed it out as it's the result of the stress etc they were under at the start of the week and will take time to settle down as such - oh well

It has cooled off a touch here, should be quite Autumnal next week.

There are some very small towns in Northern California I wouldn't mind living in,I mean well north of San Francisco.

no signs of recovery still, stopped tabs, I'm starving myself as of Thursday and today and maybe over the weekend ? to see if that will take pressure etc off the "abdominal's" and allow them to recover. If no good signs, then doc's next week
eyes are stinging due to lack of sleep, if no better over weekend - then it's docs

been to docs this afternoon (fri)she says no real health threat and has given me some new stuff to take
not in later, still earlies for any sort of sleep

things haven't fully settled down in the lower region just yeteating better thoughlack of sleep is still a big issue, plus the "episode" has given me a touch of water retention in my legs .
Heating onas temp now hitting below "0" at night and I'm still hitting the pillows around 9.30pm, as concentrating/focusing etc is low until sleep/batteries charged
