I have a recommended Guide entry, does that mean I modify it, or just keep waiting for longer?¿?

You can edit it or add to it if you like. The most recently updated version will be sent to one of the Sub-editors, for review, within the near future.

If you're unsure whether to change it or not, why not add the changes in a forum attatched to the entry? When I sub something, I try to check out any forum posts connected with an entry in case someone would spot an error that I wouldn't know about or in case someone had some good point to add to the entry.
