This morning I met my new diabetes nurse who encouraged my sticking with a low carb diet. I have bought a blood pressure monitor and the
little machine for measuring blood sugar without finger pricks is on its way.
Then I went to vote to Remain in Europe (I'm old enough to remember pre-Common Market)
Then I renewed my Senior Railcard for 3 years.(!)

Do you use your railcard a lot? My mum has one and she reckons it's the best thing since sliced bread.
