This is really rather good. Thank you for *not* writing another 'The best thing about my home town is the road out of it' entry, which so many first-time Researchers seem to think is just what h2g2 needs and has never been done before

One thing guaranteed to brass off several people though - me included - is 'it's' and 'its'.

its - belonging to it

Interesting article but with one big glaring omission I'm sure.

It's called Nelson after Lord Horatio Nelson of HMS victory fame, especially with the main street called Trafalger. You've not explained why Britain most famous sea lord has had a town in New Zealand named after him though.

Don't know if you mentioned that it has the most sunshine hours per year of any city in NZ (although the last time I went there, there was a flash flood)

The dollar sign ($) stands for many currencies. It's worth mentioning if this is a local one.

Are you still working on this? It's looking very good. One thing I would suggest though is losing all the bold tags. They're really not necessary and tend to make entries look a bit messy.

I agree that this is a refreshingly positive approach to the place - well done!

I hope this doesn't have to be consigned to the Flea Market...

There are some suggestions here to work with. Myself, I don't like history, but a general entry about a place ought to include it; otherwise you might change the title so that it reflects the fact that it is just a travel guide for tourists of today.

I think this'll have to go to the Flea Market - the author seems to have gone and the entry isn't up to scratch.
