Article Writing Weekend (is happenening NOW!)

Hey Peta and other folks,
We at the 'competition' (duh) (Project Galactic Guide, more about that
on my page) are currently having an entry writing weekend. During this
special occasion, most of our editors are on-line and just waiting
to receive entries. These are then immediately edited and put up for
peer review (anyone who likes can then comment on them). On sunday
we will put everything in the PGG archives.
The fun about this is that although we're all in our little rooms
behind our radioactive monitors, we know that all over the world
people are working on this project at the same time, creating a weird
sense of companionship.
Want to try some? By going to
http://www.galactic-guide.com/weekend.html you'll find out more about
the weekend, and by going to my page here you'll find out more about
the project and how it differs from / complements H2G2. Coz the
object is to have fun, right!
Roel

Thanks.
I was quite busy myself, but unfortunately only few field researchers
turned up. I'm still figuring out what went wrong.
Never mind, we'll organise another one sometime this year...
