h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

This word makes my head hurt, as I decided to read all the way through it and tried to pronounce it instead of just looking at it and thinking "my what a lot of letters" and leaving it at that. This was probably not a good plan.

Thanks for doing that Icarus. It saved me doing it.
But what does it mean? What do you use it for and is it available on the National Health.

Pronounce it? Way out there, man!
I went sky high just trying to *read* the darn thing!
I bet that word could be put on the list of banned drugs, at least if the subject is exposed after working hours! (To the word, not he actual . . . stuff.
But it's nice to see another attempt at making the English language even richer!

It means some organic chemist had far to much time on his hands. Either that or some angry monkey started pounding on a typewriter and that's what happened.
