Yay! I wrote an article the other day and it's now going through the editorial process. I don't know how long it takes, but I'm looking forward to getting in the Edited Guide! Hmmm... I wonder what the editorial process means. Do they actually edit it, as in, change what I wrote, or cut bits out? I hope not.

Yes, that's what editorial process means - they can change things. Don't worry too much though because you can argue with them if you don't like their edits. I get the impression that the eds are a nice, friendly bunch and if you don't like their edits, they're open to reason. They sometimes take a hell of a long time to respond when you try to contact them though.
