I have purchased a video camera on sale.

Thanks to expert 11-year-old help, it has been assembled.

I am reading the instructions:

'Warning: Stop using the product immediately if it emits smoke or a strange smell, or otherwise behaves abnormally.'

I shall observe it carefully for abnormal behaviour.

If it invites your phone for coffee you know what to do.

It'll be writing for the Post soon, abnormal will fit in just fine ! Lol

I have managed to set the date, time, and time zone. I feel absurdly accomplished.

Chinese led light ropes today, sit back, make comfortable the connect and please the eye!

Beware of the time-zone. On our first night at sea I woke up and it looked kind of light outside - cruise ships have lots of flood lights so it always looks 'kinda light outside' I checked my cell-phone and it assured me it was 6:15 in the morning.

Once I settled back in a deck chair I noticed that one of the ship's clocks clearly said it was 3:15.

After double checking the phone it said my service was 'cellular at sea' And for some reason it had thoughtfully set my time-zone as Liberia, Africa.

Will be working on a full report over week or so

I bought a video recorder, trouble is it records a program while your in! and then plays it back to you when youv'e gone out
