house buying
clemsoc Started conversation Mar 30, 2005
Being in the process of searching for my first house to buy, i find myself wondering what must be going through thousands of other minds at this exact same moment.
The UK (exclusing Scotland) has the most ridiculous, annoying, stab in the back house buying process that could ever be imagined. And presuming (I think quite rightly) that everyone else who ever buys a house has to also go to hell and back every few years (assuming either children or a job are bound to come along now and then) then why on earth doesn't anyone do anything about it?!? Surely politicians and other pretenders to power also have to buy a house at some point?
So I must agree with the posting on buying a house (the easy way).....don't.
