A Conversation for Muse - the Band

You kind of mention the second EP as an aside, I would have thought it was fairly important considering what was on it.
Also at the start of the Origin of Symmetry paragraph you use produced twice in quick succesion, I just think it reads a little weird.
These are basically grammatical mistakes. I can't spot anything wrong with your information.
When I think of Muse I think of amazing live shows, you seem to have left that out a bit, I would think it's quite important. PLaying live is a big part of who a band are.
Just my view though.

Also, the festivals last year aren't mentioned. For me this was the time when Muse proved to the world how good they were live, especially at Glastonbury.
Great piece though, it flows well and gets in all the important bits.

I've tried to put across the impression that the concerts give in a few words - I hope it doesn't just sound like I'm waxing lyrical...

I'm still to be convinced by Muse, I'm afraid. I find very little to energise me in their sound, I consider their singles frail beneath the riffing and whining falsetto, and the albums lacking in-depth and extensive quality.
I've always thought a band who relies on stamping on the 'loud' pedal to make a chorus a little feeble.
