Very, very hard to get hold of but well worth it. This film aired on SBS ( international channel in Aussie) in late april this year. Hard to find because of it's remake next year. I found out no other information and IMDB doesn't have squat. if you've seen it, it's well worth discussing!!!

Very strange film...
it's based in France during the finals of the world cup. Gregoire is not into football, and watches the lady across the street from his office teach ballet. He steals her wallet and then rings her up to tell her she left her wallet in a restaurant. For no apparent reason a huge adventure occurs, and he is launched against the entire city.
he finally gets sent to Jail for killing all the main actors when it was, in fact, someone else.
