It's a good thing you're not a bridge, then. Halfway across, and the span fades out .

Also collect pin badges, especially Wildlife pin badges, stamps (indirectly having inherited two albums plus my old one), postcards, British coins, Marmite jars (full) and International monopoly sets. I think I get it from my Maternal Grandfather. He had the UK’s largest beer label collection in the UK until it got raided at his death by a ‘friend’ and fellow collector. I have a tea chest sized residue that I am at a loss as to what to do without. All pre-date 1978.
