bitter or sweet?
pink?
candy? (for you americans)
my favorate chocolate is from a company called hotel chocolate
and its a 40% milk chocolate which is just rich enough to be nice but not so dark as to be overpowering

Depends.... Sometimes any old ordinary not very chocolatey chocklate from the corner shop will do, but given a chance, soemthing really* dark with very high coco content; this Belgium cooking choc I have is gorgeous to eat, just as it is... so dark.. but you do get an awful tummy ache if you have more than the smallest bit at a time

Sugar, with a reasonable amount of chocolate mixed in. Tesco Value white chocolate was a favourite of mine for a long time, but, honestly, I'll eat pretty much any of it.

Of course, another consideration is how* your going to be eating the chocolate... the belgium dark cooking stuff I quite like grated on choclate icecream....

yes the delivery methould of the chocolate should be taken into consideration
I tried single origan chocolate a while ago, and have never felt the need to try again, ever on pain of no other chocolate

Chocolate icecream is particularly good if your wanting to put it on someone elses body first, before eating it. err... so I've been told I am now very tempted to put some of this clotted cream chocolate icecream into a bowl, grate a rediculus amount of the belgium dark high coco content cookign choc on it, break a couple of choc digestives, and/or choc chip cookies into it, and add a little* honey just to increase the sugar content to hyperglycemic heights

Dark! About 80% if I can find it. Also love choc with chili or salt flavouring.Or nuts. Bourneville at a pinch, but good quality stuff is exquisite

Don't have a sweet tooth. Only eat chocolate once in a blue moon.
But when I do it'll be profiteroles. I think that's intense dark chocolate to go with the cream and chou pastry. What a hit.
Otherwise the occasional mint Aero. The milk chocolate goes best with the mint.
And Caramac. God only knows what type of chocolate that is.

A place in Bradford does Fairtrade white chocolate with cinnamon: just incredible in winter.
Alternatively, choc as dark as possible with ginger and/or orange.

Dark as you like...I have 80% in the fridge so resisted the urge to buy the 85% in Te**o earlier...
Old Jamaica as well, you only seem to be able to buy it in 'cheapy' shops though

Sandra Boynton once described white chocolate in her book "Chocolate: The Consuming Passion" http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/images/0894801996/ref=dp_image_0?ie=UTF8&n=266239&s=books thusly:
(You'll need to print this out for it to work properly)
It looks like this==>
It smells like this==> (scratch & sniff)
It tastes like this==> (cut out and chew)

There is something truly weird that chocolate tastes pretty amazing when its part of an Easter egg.
