Pithy Strapline for h2g2?

We're always being asked 'Just what is h2g2?' and it's so hard to clearly get across in one simple line the magnificence of the site. We quite often say things like 'The Guide to Life, The Universe and Everything written by you' but it still doesn't quite get across to outsiders exactly what h2g2 is!
Can anyone help us come up with a brilliant, pithy one-liner that provides a clear answer to the question 'What is h2g2?' when asked by a complete newbie?
It needn't be totally different or anything. For instance, what about 'The Guide to Life, The Universe and Everything written by the public.'?
Or, 'The Guide to Life, The Universe and Everything written by the public, inspired by Douglas Adams.'?
Or, 'The Guide to Life, The Universe and Everything - Share Your Knowledge, Learn Something New'?
Your ideas, as ever, will be most welcome.

h2g2 is an internet interface between people and their own ideas as inspired by the works of Douglas Adams who had this idea that people might like to be able to interface with the technologies that were about to destroy the whirled but had no idea who to talk to about it and would probably hate the word interface anyway.

I read that as 'pubic' guide... *ahem*
How's about: Douglas Adam's Guide to the Galaxy - as written by you, the public, from all over the universe. Probably.

Question: Who wrote:
"Dr Who is the Beeb’s biggest money-spinner and I can’t understand why they don’t just start making them again, if only to stop those 30-year-old virgins posting crap about Cybermen on H2G2. Get some dandruff shampoo, floss regularly, stop listening to Coldplay and get a life. Losers."?

h2g2: it reaches the parts other online encyclopedias cannot reach.
And one could start a whole campaign based on bad puns on the word 'parts' . . .

I think Robyn nailed it:
>>Douglas Adam's Guide to the Galaxy - as written by you, the public, from all over the universe. Probably.<<
I'd add Hitchhiker's though:
Douglas Adam's Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy - as written by you, the public, from all over the universe. Probably.
How many new people coming here know who DNA is though?
