Hi,
I have a couple of niggles - don't know whether anyone else has pointed these out or if there is anything you can do about them...
1) American date format - really confusing
2) Can only open one message at a time - when opening a second it replaces the content in the already open window not a new one so it's not possible to check or cross refer

7. Nursing Care
Residents in the home are supported by District Nurses, Social Services and voluntary workers. This home is not registered to provide 24 hour nursing care.
