Well, I do have her e-mail. That's how she dumped me, a three-line e-mail. I have considered many times to send her an e-mail, but again I don't really want anything to do with her. I just found something on the net about the school she is going to now, that is why it reappeared.

I was thinking something along those lines Ben. The only photos I have of her though are my student pics. And those I might want one day for nostalgia reasons. I do have this crappy gift from her I would happily burn.

Don't destroy the pictures, one day you'll have put all this behind you and you'll be sorry not to have any photos of your student days. Go for it with the gift though!

But be creative: give it really bad hair, and some horrendous clothes, and maybe glasses . Don't mess with pins in painful places.

In regards to Xanatic's comments -
'girl's don't have anything interesting to say' assuming that you're not just being an idiot, then I think I know what you were implying. But you're still wrong. True, they won't (in general) give you an interesting opinion when they first meet you, whereas most guys will make it a point to let you know immediately that they're, at least in their own minds, opinionated and witty. But once you get into a long conversation, then you'll find out that most wpmen have interesting insights. You need to be patient enough to find that out, and you'll never get anywhere if you dismiss them because they're at first being shy and demure, or speaking banalities so as not to offend.

Well, I wasn't talking just about somebody you're hitting on. Just the ones I know in general. I'm not saying guys are much better though.

And Xanatic's comments about chat up lines / what to say -
Just do it. Say whatever comes to mind or something about why you're in the same place at that moment. Either the conversation will end within a couple of minutes or else pretty soon you'll have lots to talk about. And if you really want an example,

anotherperson : I'm feeling really generous tonight, can I get you guys a couple of drinks?
two girls: *look at each other, look at me, hesitate*
girl1: Um yeah. Half pint of heineken
girl2: Me too.
anotherperson : *gets drinks* so where are you from?
girl1: Italy.
anotherperson: What part?
girl1: Sardinia.
anotherperson: Really! I have a friend just down the street from Sardinia. He-
girl1 (interrupting): Is his name V...?
anotherperson: Yes!

If you really think that, Xanatic, no wonder you're not getting anywhere. Why would anyone be attracted to someone who thinks they have nothing to say?!

That dialogue seems strange when you use your username anotherperson.

I guess you could be right. I just don't feel very attracted to the ones that have to read magazines telling them what to wear, and whose opinons aren't their own, just what they said on TV the other night.

"I think this is really awful"
"Why do you think that?"
"That's what they said on the news last night, that it's really awful."
And they don't have to be stupid blondes for that, they can be intelligent but just seems never to give much thought to anything.

Someone said I should just talk about the same interesting things as I do on here. I'd love to but then they usually find me to be weird. That is one of the reasons I like this place.
