I have a friend. Her name is Aral. Actually, I have several friends, but they do not come into this little story. Well, not a story, really, more of an event that happened to me that I find amusing. I don't want to fill this thing with 'Journal' journal stuff, like how boring/exciting school is or how I got to meet my cousin's friend's uncle last month, or rather. . . boring. . . (no offence to anyone!!!!) stuff like that, but I do want to write about things that happened to me. Then there comes the entertainment value part. But you shall judge that. I don't even know if people will come here, I don;t know if anyone comes to these pages, but hey, zark.
Okay, here we go (finally!). *ahem* I was over at Aral's house. For a sleepover. And it is tradition, at our sleepovers at her house (we don't have many at mine, which I don't mind, because most of the time my house and siblings disgust me. Except for my room. I like my room.) Anyhow, as is tradition, we went on a walk to the 7-11 near her house. It might've been raining, I don't remember. But anyways, we always go to the 7-11 (as I was saying)and get both/either Skittles or M&M's (usually the peanutbutter kind). The Skittles we call 'Skullys', the M&M's, 'Mulders'. Which just goes to show how obsessive we are. In any case, we were walking around this field to get to her house, eating our Mulders, and at the end of the field was this house, that was kind of on the corner, so we would have to go halfway around it to get back on the right street to get to the other street to get to the other street (etc) to get to her house. So we're walking past this house, and the window is open, and we can see these girls inside. Zarquon knows how old they were. But there were three of them. Now, on this particular day, (night.), both Aral and I were wearing what we like to fondly call our 'Skully Coats' (please, I know we need help!), mainly because we had seen Agent Skully wearing something like them at one time or another on the show. Aral's was long and trenchcoat-y, but more Gillian Anderson-in-the-x-files-y than Keanu-Reeves-in-the-Matrix-y kind of treanchcoat. And I had this black pinstripe jacket thing that is part of my Skullysuit (but that is another story). ANYWAYS, to TRY to get to the point. . . . the girls, as we went past, were heard by some ears (ours)to say 'ooh, goths'.
Now, this was very amusing to us. But at this time we were at the front of the house. The girls were now looking out hte front window at us. So I decided to have a little fun. I merely turned to them and started talking, I really don't see what was so wrong with it. I merely informed them, that, actually, we WEREN'T goths, not really, we were just X-Philes, had they heard of the X-Files? and really, we're not goths, we're nerds. At about that time two things happened simotaneously. First, Aral put her hand across my mouth and started dragging me away -which I, incidentially, thought was rater rude, after all, what really had I done?- and the girls shut the window. WE continued on our merry way, knowing happily that we had scared some more unsuspecting conformists. What do you think?

he he he... i just read this, silly me. it's what, March?
OK... LMAO!!!
That was funny, I with I could have been there to see that. Of course you wouldn't have been able to get me to stop laughing afterward.
ARGH! why do we have to live in 2 different provinces??
he hee heee. X-Philes! I love it!!
Well, I g2g now. Later
PS and by the way, I have a pinstripe jacket which is similar, if you are talking about that one you drew in the anime pic. I wore it to school and my friends asked why I was dressing like Ford (all they had to go on was the er... TV abomination) and a Science teacher (who is obviously Arthur Dent, cuz only Arthur would be an Arthur Dent fan) told me : Don't dress like Ford Prefect, you Zaphod Beeblebrox Fan!! (he pronounced it Zaffod)
Any way, bye!!
