I just had another idea. We could rent/buy a (cheap) garage. as long as it has electricity and a roof. That would give u a place to hang, drink and smoke marihuana. We could put an old fridge in it, and maybe a beertender. some, chairs, a table, a radio. electric heating. Poker night (or magic:the gathering night) paradise. It's be great, no? I have no idea how much its gonna cost tho.

renting is my idea of a mental midget idea.
You pay axtra tax to begin with 
Eventually it's going to cost more than buying it
If you don't pay the rent (even if you can't) they can fine and even jail you

Rent's probably about 90 a month, buying it can run up to 20000.

Nope. My granddad sold his a couple of months ago. He sold it for 18000, but he could have gotten more for it.

I was thinking more of a renting-buying agreemnet. Which is not all that unusual. And we pay less taxes when we rent it than when we buy it.
I also know a house which we could perhaps just, you know, claim.

I've got another plan: we could rent a small flat, then claim we're living there. This would allow us to claim more money, whci hwould help pay for the rent.

how could claiming to live in a flat get you money?
(besides from government support for studying out-living) which is NOT enough to actually cover the costs for the flat.
