Come down from an english size 20 to a size 16 and now the 16 are getting a little loose but I'm not quite small enough for a 14.

Perhaps you could let me know who is deserving of all the visiting ... by mails, of course. (Envelope on my PS, in case you forgot) Maybe it's someone I can electronically visit too.

That is wonderful! Congratulations. It's amazing how easy it is to 'grow' vs. 'shrink'..

I swear you go to bed thin then all of a sudden you wake up the next day and your the size of a house and your all like, 'My God how the hell did that happen' then it takes you 3 years to loose it all *sighs* ahhh well not to worry

Perhaps then it's a good thing to only own a very small house? "Growing to environment" comes to mind...

But you're doing it the right way, Mizzp.. the healthy way.. I'm having to do the same. I don't know if you know this but the stuff I had to take (meds, steroids, all that good stuff) made me gain weight and even worse, I couldn't exercise either so it really got piled on.

Now that I'm able to go to the gym I've been burning up the gears on the elliptical.

Anyone who works so hard to get healthy is at the top of my list.
