The Word Association Game
The idea is to post a word which is associated with the previous one - any kind of word is okay: verb, noun, adjective... Any association will do, you needn't (but can) be creative! 
Please don't forget the article for nouns and the English translation!

der Masochismus – masochism 
(Just one note on "the" onion: "der" Zwiebel is an Austrian thing, actually I say "der" Zwiebel myself, but the correct article is "die" Zwiebel (plural: die Zwiebeln). )
