As there is some debate as to whether Scottish MPs should vote on "English" matters; should MPs for inner city seats in Birmingham be allowed to vote on matters relating to agriculture, fisheries, tourism, sea defences and the response to sea level rise, or any other matters relating to coastal, and rural communities? Should MPs for rural seats in Dorset or Devon be able to vote on matters relating to urban planning, vehicle pollution, crime, depravation or other city matters or on the high speed rail link from London to Birmingham?

Sorry, I didn't known there was such a word as "depravation." Did you mean deprivation? or depravity? I suppose the two words could be blended together as depravation....
