It's probably an indication of how low I've been feeling lately that the only achievement I want to talk about in my Journal today is my first bowel movement in over two weeks. 
But I'm proud of it, not least because it's one less thing I need to worry about medically. 
And it tired me out. 
When I was awake, I watched "Arrow", "The Simpsons", "The Last Leg" and "8 out of 10 Cats". 
I hope to watch "Andromeda" before I crash.
