This is my first ever entry to the h2g2 so be gentle. I wrote about this because it always sparks such interesting debate and its a topic I know a fairly large ammount about. I realize it is a topic that can (and has) filled entire books and that this is only the tip of the iceberg but I put in the info I thought was crucial. I tried to remain objective (I like both publishers equally) and if I have made mistakes or leaned to heavily to one side of the argument I appologize.

Objective usename there Sandman, seeing as both Marvel and DC have a Sandman, coincidence?
Btw, are there any little comic communities on here these days? In my recent absence I have found my old fondness for all things comicy have returned, and I'd love to vent my opinions somewhere. If there isn't one, then I fear I may have to put together my own Justice League of h2g2 somewhere.
