Ok, we'll start with a small test...
The first person to tell me the correct settlement for a 10p each way lucky 63 bet with a 50p each way accumulator with the following results wins... erm... uhh... recognition!
Winner, 3/1, 7 runner handicap
Second, 16/1, 12 runner non-handicap
Dead-heat winner, 10/3, 6 runner non-handicap
Dead-heat second, 8/1, Rule 4 20p in the pound, 5 runner non-handicap
Non-runner
Winner, 18/1, Rule 4 15p in the pound, 18 runner non-handicap
Stake paid: 13.60

My answer:- £255.08
Excellent information on calculating bets -don't know if I'm right on this one though.

£110.31 - £103.91 from the bet and £6.40 returned as overstake - there are only five selections so the bet is actually a Super Yankee with five each-way singles.
Other bookmakers might add a sixth non-runner, in which case the bet would return £175.68

Having counted the selections again, I'm wondering what you were looking at...

How did I miss the non-runner? Bewildering! Is my total correct of 175.68 then?
