I sued them for the extra costs I incurred trying to get to Toulouse. I sued for £1000 and we settled for £880.
The moral of the story is, if someone diddles you, keep complaining until they say sorry and pay you back for the inconvenience.

Glad to see you back on h2g2.
I would never travel with this company, given the choice. I've used them perhaps twice, but they offer such poor service compared to other airlines. I wonder honestly how they stay in business.
How is life? Any great destinations lined up?
