Ray,
Not to bad at the moment, I have the Osteo-Arthritis( all wear and tear) in neck, both knees, both hips and right foot. Its worse in the winter or when it rains but copable.
I stopped dwelling on the past and just concentrate on what I have and can do now.lol
Got my cross stitching and card making, Love to watch films and tv. read. listen to music and I try to get out every day if only for a 10 minute walk (when Im in some pain) I just take it a lot slower than I used to,lol
Noticed you like reading Ray... What sort of books do you read?
Hi Sue
JUST ME Posted Jun 16, 2003

If memor serves me correct Crosshouses is on the main road to Brigdenorth, but then I could be wrong, lol Its been years since I was there,
BOOKS--- I like adventure/fantasy ones, Like Stephen Lawhead's "The Song of Albion" and his books on the Arthurian legends. Also like "The Lord of the Rings" TRILOGY.
FILMS- Love a good war film "The Great Escape" being the favourite along with The Longest Day/Saving Private Ryan,,,

The only kick fight ones Ive watched starred Jean Claude Van Damme.

keyboard just packed up, i wonder if its worth buying another. lol.
i don't chat to many people since ld closed. i run short of things to say. lol.
bit of a change from shropshire to brum, i know where i prefer.
ray
Hi Sue
JUST ME Posted Jun 19, 2003
Brum is nearer my roots I guess, Im actualy a yamyam
Born in West Brom, spent first 5 years of my life in Walsall.
As for chatting, your doing with me
I was only in working over at Crosshouses, once I left the job I had to move, but your right it is a nice area to live. My ideal location though would be Devon or Wales. Wales for the views of the hills and Devon for the moors.
So dont you chat to many on here?...I know its not the same as LD was, but there is the FoLDers Arms to meet ppl.
If you prefer to talk only on a one to one bases you could email me if youd like?, Let me know,
sue
