We visited Busaba last night, and I agree that the whole place is great and that the bathroom is particularly pleasant.
However, after a small amount of experimentation (or peeking, as it's sometimes known), my wife and I can confirm that the gap under basin is at exactly the right height to view the tackle of a gentleman as he uses the urinal.
Who'd have thought it?
