Hello thank you for telling me all about yourself it did not worry me that you are a witch I am open minded and realise that most withches are in touch with nature and have healing powers too.Last year I went to a witches museum in Cornwall it was very interestingsmiley - biggrin
Here's abit about mesmiley - smileyI am in my 40's too have two teenage daughters and divorced.I changed me career a couple of years ago from selling cars to nursing on a cardiac ward which I love.
I was brought up as a catholic but not now I have joined a Spiritualist church and want to train to be a healer one day.But with the hours I do and the problems I am going through just not been able to start yet!!
Apart from loving music keeping fit etc I have a great love to the countryside and nature.I beleiev in what is true and honest and love ofcourse. That is what makes the world go round after all.
I have been on my own for about five years now I have had a couple of relationships and now finally I have found someone who I want to spend the rest of my life with he does feel the same, the only problem we have he lives in Scotland and I live in Essex I don't mind moving up there I have lived in Scotland before and I do come from the north it just my daughters mainly my youngest who is 15.
I do want to move away and make a fresh start too.

Hi Mags smiley - ok

I know what you mean about moving and a 15 year old school, exams and friends etc........

I grow alot of herbs for food and remedies, also all herbs are really wild flowers so they attract wildlife smiley - bluebutterflysmiley - ant insects etc thus less need for sprays and chemicalssmiley - biggrin.

You mention IBS smiley - erm my exwife suffered from it and she found that apart from peppermint which aids digestion the only other thing she found that worked was "PANDANUS" its is a traditional Thai medicinal tea plant (Pandanus Palm)smiley - yuk it doesnt taste all that great but you can sweeten it smiley - smiley, you can get it in tea bags from good herbal shops or the company has an email address:
[email protected] smiley - cool

Of course one of the best ways to ease & help with IBS is to de-stress smiley - zen but with modern lifestyles its not the easiest thing to do smiley - doh, hope that helps a little smiley - smiley .........oh if you can get a copy a very handy book to have is 'The Green Witch' written by Barbara Griggs ....../ISBN 0-7126-4725-2 it has hundreds of herbal remedies old and modern very smiley - cool book
