I think the point that the author was trying to establish by the "health warning" is that although it is true that smoking hookah pipes does have less negative effects than smoking "fags", in general people who smoke hookahs smoke them for a longer period of time on average than people who smoke cigarettes. Smoking a cigarette may take 10 or 15 minutes, but a hookah-session may take as long as 45 minutes or longer. It may also however be possible to say that hookah-smokers do so on a less regular basis than cigarette-smokers, as it takes longer to set up a hookah pipe.

Good point though.

I found that Herbal molasses is also a nice smoke and no tobacco.
