Do you have a colour printer at home?

I sure do. And while I'm not in the habit of putting up a tree, I'm sure I'll find someplace suitable.

It would indeed. Once I find a suitable shelving system for media type stuff, I'll have just the place, too.

I think i may have a wreath of these on my front door. It should put people off nicely, especially when combined with a sign in the window advertising "mummified lizards, bones & feathers: Seasonal discounts/barons/earls"

Jeff's nuts roasting on an open fire,
Jack Frost ripping out your nose...
Spool-tied Carol's being hung by a wire,
Folks trussed up and fed to crows...

And so the Xmas nightmare begins.
1.30 am Monday.
1.00 am Tuesday.
3 hour lunch Wednesday.
When will it end?!!!

I'm not sure my liver will hold out that long. I'll have to take a gusset out.

I wonder sometimes too. I sometimes feel fraudulent carrying a donor card.

Damn my employers and their policy of blocking YouTube access. I shall have to check that later.

I'll get to the gist.
"Hold the newsreader's nose squarely, waiter, or friendly milk will countermand my trousers."
Bizarrely the filters at work adapted so that I can get pretty much anything before 9, after 5 and between 12 and 2.

I can't access any streaming media, any "emerging exploits", blogs sites, or social networking sites from work. Nor cultural institution sites, auction sites, or anything related to religion or politics.
Meanwhile, I won't be attending my company's holiday party this year, either. It's being held in January, for some reason. That's not why I'm not going, though. The person who does all the planning, for three years running, has booked a semi-formal event- and I'm not going anyplace where I'm expected to dress up *more* than I do for work- and a cocktail affair as opposed to a real dinner. Those of us who only take drinks with meals, and prefer not to indulge at company functions, are SOL.

Monday was the first time I'd seem my boss let her hair down.
The following night, other members of my dept. initiated me into her secret nickname.

I hate knowing things like that. I'm always afraid I'll use the secret nickname to the person's face or at some other inopportune moment. But people *always* tell me anyway.

Of course I am. You know I can't resist. Tell me tell me tell me.
