Wow, nice photos! smiley - ok

Wish I had a telescope. We had one when I was a kid- my sister and I got it for an Xmas gift- but we never got to use it. It just sat in a corner collecting dust.

Cute video, too. smiley - laugh

This one's likely to do the same, I think. Once you've spent over an hour trying to fix on something that keeps wobbling in and out of view, it gets so you just end up wanting to Google "Hubble pictures". smiley - sadface

To be honest, if I had one, I'd likely use it once or twice and then forget about it myself. There just aren't enough hours in the day to do everything that sounds cool in theory but can be frustrating in execution.

Edward the Bonobo - Gone.

For the 120X...I guess you're needing a motorised equitorial mount smiley - geek.

I've just tried to upload my first YouTube to share with you...but it's >100Mb and I can't install their uploader on my work laptop. Watch this space. Well...not *this* space, obviously...my space.

smiley - laugh Those Kenyan bionic horses pack quite a kick. I think this translates as "better telescope", really; what I think I need is Ritchie Chretiens' programmable 32 incher. smiley - tongueincheek

Ye gods: the bind moggles!!!!smiley - yikes

I reckon you should email Patrick Moore & ask his advice. If you don't feel up to risking loopy BBC astonomers, try Galaxy Babe on here, she knows a lot about celestial stuff (& isn't 83 & nutty as a fruitcake...yet!smiley - winkeye)
