It's actually better practice to end each paragraph with a Link back to the question. It keeps you on topic and grabs those all important marks.
So, if your example PEE paragraph was from an essay about portrayal of male characters in Romeo and Juliet, you'd end with something about how Romeo being a title character and a main character makes him the most noticable male character in the play, or something like that.
